Was initially contacted by a recruiter. It took five months before I actually had a phone interview, followed up by a face to face interview with one of company's managers. Because of my background she recommended me for another area. It took a couple of weeks before another interview was scheduled. Position was offered a few days later.

Interview
It was short and easier that expected. reaction based questions. However, I think the training is just a continuation of the interview. You either pass or you fail and you may not even be able to continue in the training.
