It was not organized and the structure was very poor.They asked questions about project handling and not based on my skillset.There were multiple people asking different things to answer from a overseas location.The face to face discussion held in India was again not relevant to what I was expecting.Poor expectations were set and there was a skillset mismatch after I started with the tasks assigned to me.

Very straight forward and not friendly. It is basically to cut off the ones that are not fit to work. I personally did not even want to work here and interviewed for experiences.
