I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Xerox (Fairfield, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
1st interview very informal with the Director of the Department. It is pretty much a get to know you and tell you about the company and what they would want you to do. The 2nd interview is a panel without a format they all just ask you questions. There was three people in the interview panel you could get a sense who liked you and who didn't want you.
