So basically there was a Quick Phone interview which lasted about 15-20 minutes and consisted of mostly resume review. Then via e-mail I received a
Questionnaire / One-Way Video Interview. The one-way video interview was 4 questions and had to submit recorded responses. Then was invited for the In-Person Interview with Agency Manager. On-to a Ride-Along with Senior Account Manager for the day.

Took 15 min computer assessment of order taking and timed typing test that most didn't seem to pass, must be over 75% accurate and 20+ wpm. Passed so got 1st interview a few minutes later, passed so got 2nd and 3rd. Offered position so was sent back to computer to receive emails with paperwork. I had a misdemeanor so had to fill out more paperwork and offer put on hold. 2 days later they rescinded offer. Funny that they are listed as a company that hires felons
