Interview
I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.

Interview
Went through three different interviews on different days i.5 hours away from hometown with four different Human Resources representatives. Very tedious traveling nine hours for interviews without any guarantee of employment. Very nice interviewers and office but working conditions were horrible.
Their software and reporting criteria are repetitive, redundant and pathetic. I was told that the writers of these reporting software programs write junk to keep their jobs and it creates hardship and stress on managers and employees who have to use them. I was informed by two different managers and three employees that they are now doing more paperwork than the job they were actually hired to do.
