Well structured with a clear agenda, but without terse or hostile atmosphere. 2 people carried out the interview, hiring manager and somone currently doing the role, which provided plenty of scope for asking about the role in detail and what I could expect. The interview process was slow. I received in a call in November and interview was set up in December. Went in January and was made in offer in February. Started in March.
