I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2009
Interview
This company is tough to get an interview with unless you can get a referral. It's usually a 3 step process, starting with interviewing w/at least 2 different managers and then onto an interview w/the VP. Once you get through the last, most likely you're getting hired.
