Smooth and engaging interview process. Process consisted of an initial gamified round and then an assessment test to determine the cognitive and reasoning skills followed by an interview to assess the problem-solving skills of the candidate.

The interveiw process was very warm and welcoming, I got this interview opportunity through campus placements. The selcetion process happened in three stages where, in first stage the company screened applicants based on thier resume and in second stage the selection was done based on test in verbal, quants, gaming round, and questions on particular topic related to biosciences. In stage 3 the interview process happened in two stages HR interview and Technical interveiw, where in technical interview the questions was based on critical thinking and problem solving.
