Interview
Interviews took place over ~6 weeks, met with seven people over about eight hours. Interviews were not difficult, just long. Generally a positive experience until I was ghosted at the end of the process (it's been over a month with no response).
Good experience. Zillow clearly has put a lot of thought and intentionality into the candidate experience. Recruiter was responsive and helpful. The interviewers were a good mix of both HR and business leaders which gave a good overview of the business.
