Zillow interview questions

No offer after 3 screen calls, an assignment, a 3-hour loop interview, and 2 reference checks. Plus they called my second reference the same day they gave me a rejection call. Some more respect for people’s time would be great.

I had an initial phone interview. It was very short, and the recruiter just asked about my background. The recruiter said I would move on to the next steps and explained that there would be 2 more phone interview and potentially an in-office interview. He said he would get back to my the following week... he never got back to me and it has been over a month. He has not replied to any of my emails. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
