Zillow Manager interview questions

Recruiter showed up 15 minutes late to our 30 minute phone screen. Regardless, we had a great conversation and they told me they were going to set up the next round interview and email me the invitation after they already took down several available days and times. They never sent me a thing and ignored both of my follow up emails. Very disappointing experience from such a well known group like ZG.

Neutral interview experience. Recruiter asked interviewer style questions and requested input on salary expectations. Also asked questions about management style. Asked to describe a time when I had to implement a rule or change a current rule.
