Spoke with a recruiter, who then forwarded me on for interviews with managers in the department. Once they’ve interviewed you, they debrief, then you hear back next steps. The process can be pretty lengthy.

Interview
Interview process was easy, with a total of four people including the recruiter. They prefer hiring people with a college degree and at least two years real estate is the experience.

Basic sales and closing questions were asked; this company values a candidate that is able to grow and change with the role as the company is continuously modifying the position.

Interview
After the initial phone conversation with a recruiter I was asked to schedule a second interview. Three 30 minute conversations with managers of the group on video call back to back.
