Application -> Recruiter Phone Screening -> 30 minute interview with a sales manager, including a mock cold call scenario -> another 30 minute interview with a different sales manager going over more STAR type questions, although this was much more casual and conversational. The last 2 interviews could be back to back in the same day, or spread out, depending on the circumstances. In my case, they were scheduled to be on the same day. Overall a very smooth, efficient, and enjoyable process! Everyone I spoke to clearly enjoyed their role at Zillow and showed enthusiasm about Zillow as a whole!
