I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Process was 6 weeks long, 3 (30 minute) phone interviews, followed by an hour long presentation. Recruiter disappeared for about two weeks, it took multiple calls and emails to get a response. Turns out, they went "internal". This person used information only employees had access to - External candidates were never given the opportunity to even truly be on a level playing field for consideration. Disappointed, there was no integrity in how this was conducted for external candidates.
