Too many rounds of interviews - why so many rounds? And do all of these rounds really illicit a candidates attributes? Honestly, I felt confident I passed with the majority of team members, however there was this one overly analytical guy who seemed to read questions directly from a rubric noting any possible deviations. It was so robotic and a let down for a company that states their values are in connection.
