I had to do lots of roleplays about how I would convince professors to become Pioneer instructors. For the final interview, this meant preparing a 20-minute presentation in advance.

Can't remember honestly. There were a lot of issues with timing and zoom calls if I'd been offered the job, so I think it worked out for the better. Things like if so-and-so were in China or Japan would you still be able to take their calls if you're based elsewhere in Asia? I hadn't realized it was so online heavy. Apparently you hardly ever meet the students that you're helping.
Teaching style, how to overcome certain challenges with students etc
