Pro-Tip for those interviewing for the gig (if you really want/need the job) - put your head down during the "assessment" and just slowly follow the instructions - also the CFO doesn't know "Concatenate" or "Convert" formulas for things that come up during it, also know how to easily manipulate data in a Pivot Table (quickly as she'll judge you on doing things slow) and possibly IF statements as there's 1 of those on there too.

I was not asked many questions, and cannot remember a difficult or unexpected question.
Very detailed questions, very technical. One was -Explain and walk me through a moment where you were encountered a difficult problem and what was the outcome. While talking through that I was asked specific questions about each step.
There were no difficult or unexpected questions as they all seemed standard.
