No specific question was difficult, just the process
As Viventium is breaking into the cloud based SaaS HCM model, and I came from a company that was already fully operational in that field, I was asked a lot of questions about my thoughts for their growth and and what aspects I could help improve, as I have seen my previous employer start small and grow in this sector.
There were no tricky questions involved. Most questions aimed to find out how the candidate would behave in a certain situation and to test the technical knowledge and skills related to the position.
