Describe your strength and weaknesses
One person asked me my favorite movie. I said Camelot. He said why? I gave some explanation. He then said he was done interviewing me. He then explained he always asked a question the candidate could not have prepared for to see how they handle stress. He would watch their eye, hand and foot movement. I only moved my eyes, which he said indicated that I could be stressed, but not unusual. He added that if I had also moved my hands and feet, he would not have recommended me for the job because I could not handle stress.
