Role Play Details: Was instructed to listen to the CD and follow along with the written instructions on the desk...the outrageous CD instructions were 30 minutes long & you had an additional 5 minutes to get organized. It was obvious that they were not expecting anyone to be able to actually complete the exercise with any kind of accuracy. The whole purpose was to break you down emotionally and then push you to the edge with the simulated hostile customers.
Role Play Details: If you are successful at the role play then you get an interview with the big boss.

The final interview was a situational role play. Because of contract I am not allowed to disclose questions asked. All I can say is that it was quite amusing. If you can keep a level head while under pressure and think on your feet, you will pass.
