Tell me about a time when you had to deliver sensitive news, and how you went about it. Tell me about a time when you showed your work ethic and went did something because you knew it was right. Tell me about a time you had to adapt to a new workplace or work environment. Tell me about a time you had to use multiple sources or resources to solve a problem and how you went about it and what was the outcome.

This was a very easy interview. USAA is not the home of intelligence.
The most difficult question the asked was to describe how I was a good fit for the company and why I liked the company, it was hard forme because it caught me of guard because I really didn't know anything about insurance companies.
