Ask you to write about why you would make a good candidate. This is to test your literacy. They give you a sheet of paper and ask you to find any spelling errors. I think this was tricky as the errors are very subtle. (English assessment)
They get you to do a test there's no way of studying for it
We did not get into any questions from the HR side as the phone call only lasted 5 minutes (see above comments)
