The interviewers asked various questions regarding being an Admissions Officer e.g. how would you prioritise work load from lecturer, complaing parent, manager and deadlines. Issues facing universities. How to support staff WFH. Asking for times when something happened and how you solved it. There was then a test that had a qualification task and writing task. Part 1 required the ranking of applicants qualifications by referring to a qualifications scoring chart. So if a student scored a certain set of grades .e.g A*AAAA in particular subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology they would be rank 2. The second involved responding to a prospective students enquiry regarding achieved grades and entry requirements based on the information on the website.
