Why do you want to work for Debs? What would you do if it was quiet on the shop floor? Just say tidy up/ask supervisor if there's anything you can do, but keep looking up to check if there are any customers What do you think the store aims for? Just say the customers are happy and have a good experience in store. How would you help a customer buy a gift for a young girl? Just say you would ask them questions about what she's like (e.g. does she wear perfume/dresses) Can't really remember any other questions, the interview felt like more of a conversation. The lady was just going through a form. They asked if I had any questions, so I just asked whether they often offered overtime. If there was more time I would have asked what they enjoyed most about the job/what they are looking for in customer advisers.

The first round consisted of behavioral questions and a slight walk-through of my resume. The second round consisted of technical questions related to the specific job, and they gave me two options to create and provide a presentation for the team. The third round consisted of very in-depth technical questions related to the specific position, with many more follow-up questions than the previous two rounds.
