They asked questions about the "why" behind key decisions in my life - why had I chosen the college I did, why had I gone along certain career choices, why I was looking. I tend to think about my past decisions quite a bit so it was enjoyable rather than stressful or confusing. The one question that was a bit harder was the "challenge" question because of the preparation involved. They asked me to solve a fairly common question for Alliances about approaching a new Vertical. If you are an experience Alliance person, it's something you should definitely have encountered.
