The process took 1 day. I was interviewed at Cognizant Pune in march 2016. I got offer letter after 2 days of interview. First round was Technical- Basic programming concepts, OS concepts, Basic code snippets,what is deadlock , function overloading , function overriding , virtual function, basic codes in C . Second round was HR - Tell me about yourself, English language importance. So overall it was good experience.
