After those questions, we had a rather in-depth discussion about my future and the interviewee decided not to bother asking all the boring behavioral interview questions a person would normally be asked.
They asked me about my resume history leading up to my current position. STAR style interview questions. Situation, Task, Actions and Result. It helped to be very specific and to practice keeping my answers under 2 minutes.
