The final interview with the higher up manager was a ton of questions that he read off a sheet of paper. Things like "name a time you had a disagreement with a coworker", "how do you make goals for yourself", "how do you decide what goals you work on", "what's a side project you are working on and why did you start it", "name a time you disagreed with what your manager was doing and how did you handle it".
