We were all given a math question to answer before the interviews started. We were asked to explain our answers on the first interview. Most of the other questions were in the usual STAR type questions and answers. Each interview lasted from 30 to 45 minutes and there were a total of four.

What is your leadership style?
What is your weakness?
Tell me about the type of obstacles you have ran into that have kept you from reaching success.
How have you handled an irate customer and what did you do to make the customer happy?
What makes you unique? Describe yourself? What brand would you claim for yourself?
Irrelevant questions about how I would influence stakeholders. This has nothing to do with a field based manager as the only people who where this question may be relevant is at board level.
From your Cv I see you grew your sales from your previous employer by 6 million. How did you do that?
