Literally none.. they have to sell YOU on the job because the workplace is so awful
They explored my creative philosophy—“How do you balance aesthetics with strategy?”—and probed my leadership style: “Describe a time you mentored a junior designer.” Other topics included campaign metrics, adapting to multiple media, handling difficult client feedback, and why I’m shifting from freelance filmmaking to agency life.
They asked me about my portfolio, software knowledge and previous experience.
