I was told beforehand that the questions would be both technical and competency based. Ironically, has I was reading through the bank of many likely questions, I remember coming across 5 - 6 whereby I hoped they were not on the list of questions. Alas, they all were!!

What did you do when an emergency occured?
How would you react to a belligerent customer?
The most difficult part is that all the questions require detailed long answers.
