Incredibly their questions were all softballs and easy to answer, if anything they seemed to lack professionalism quality and were awkward at interviewing, I had to input and/or take the lead in the interview which is strange as I was the one interviewing for the job.

They asked me a few times about loyalty and staying at a job for a while and not moving around.
How would you handle this situation: you arrive from the back of house to see that the coffee is out at the bar, there is a customer waiting to be cashed out, and there is an order that hasn't been started.
