well the question about experience?really threw me for a loop.the gentlemen reading the interview questions i guess kept reading and read the answer they were looking for which was 0-6months!!why this would be the optimum answer,should say something!!
I was asked to recall a situation in my past work experience where there was a dissatisfied customer and how I resolved the situation.
The questions where mainly about my past experience. I was asked to give examples of how I handled certain situations at my prior jobs. For example I was asked to give an example of a situation were I had to multi-task.
