Typical legal interview. Discussed my background, prior legal experience, why I was interested in CenturyLink, and how I could fit in with their needs. No curveballs. Discussed company strategy overall and how the legal department fits in with that. Discussed the setup of the legal groups within the legal department and where I, as potential new person on the team, would fit in and what types of clients I would serve.
The questioned concerned what laws/regulations from outside the U.S. applied to a given scenario, and based on those applicable laws/regulations what provisions/clauses needed to be included in a contract of a certain type.
