how are you today?
U could tell they were interested in learning about my design skills. Manager seemed over his head and wanted someone to do all the work so he could shine.
How I will deal with students?
They asked if you can use 3d Max. If you cannot use the software, they will not hire you even if you have many years of experience. They will then let you know that you do not fit the position and ask to cut further your expected salary. In the end I get to know that they hired someone who knows how to use the software that they use but with less experience.
