Don't remember much> Typical. They want to know whether or not you're personable, professional, intelligent and have a "can-do" attitude. You don't need to prepare for much.If you've got a clean background, some education and work history and aren't wearing clown shoes during the interview, you've got it made. They go through so many people. I remember in orientation they gave some huge number of people that had applied and that they were bringing on some limited number during the course of 12 months and that we should consider ourselves the best of the best. Perhaps that was true. I guess there's just not that many good candidates out there. If you've got a book of business already, rest assured they'll bring your licenses over!
