As noted above, there were a few "interview" type questions but for the mot part, it was an open exchange of thoughts, experience and ideas for success in the role. Very refreshing.
Not much of questions were asked as the interviewer had no interest in the interview.
Very casual interview. Not a lot asked of me. It was mainly the manager telling me what to expect when I started working there. They did have a "stress" test and I'm sure that's probably where I went wrong.
The questions were mundane: "How do you feel about the commute?", "Walk me through your experience", "What are your salary expectations?"
