Many of the questions were about time management and how I worked best in teams. There was one question that asked how I've responded in the past to a supervisor asking me to go against my ethical or moral code, or how I would respond if such a scenario did occur.
How do your skills match the HR generalist role
10 questions: tell me about a time when...with scenarios so unlikely, it’s hard to answer. Plus the panel doesn’t make eye contact or interact in any other way. Completely unnatural, awkward and mostly unprofessional
They were all scenario based question and answers which was ok but somewhat difficult after the first couple of questions.
