I was asked to solve a Kaggle competition - one which was relevant to the Coles' line of business.
They had a specific problem they were trying to solve, so the hiring manager asked how I would approach it. Before a later interview I had time to prepare more thoughts on possible solutions to this problem.
Q: What are you looking for in a company?
There are 2 datasets, one for training and one for scoring. Please use the first one to train models that predict what customers are more likely to churn than the other (feel free to leverage the tools that seem most adapted to you). And then score the second dataset with your best model.
