The hardest thing of the entire process was probably the business case because there wasn't any way to prepare for it. Other than that, once I made it to the office visit, it seemed like EY was more interested in selling themselves to me, rather than me having to answer a lot of questions.

It depends. HR asked me to go through my resume, managers were interested in my previous experiences. One Senior Manager tried to figure out my timeline from 2012 to 2019 (I quit my first job to do master, which confused her somehow). Partner is more interested in have a casual conversation with me, or know more about me as a person so to speak.
