Nothing difficult..i answered all..General concepts about Automation QTP ..and btw , a program logic can be done in many ways but the answer will be the same...i wrote a code , the Output would be the exact as what he wanted...but he never accepted the code...I was pissed off..

Managerial Round: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Explain about your Project process, roles and responsibilities. 3. Why do you want to leave your current company. 4. Why do you want to join Xpanxion. Technical Round: 1. Explain your Project process. 2. Common questions from Selenium Automation. (Difficulty level- mid) 3. Common questions from Manual Testing. Note: He/She will check your willingness to learn new things, logical ability, self-confidence etc. HR Round: Salary discussion. About yourself.
