Simple generic to 10. Noting crazy. I would recommend not sounding to profession. I was told in the interview that I may be too qualified by the manager. I replied that I needed a job so he was fortunate to be able to hire a perfectly qualified employee.
Why are you looking / interested?
What was a time you went beyond for a customer. It was the ONLY question they asked me.
All behavioral based questions - When did I have to follow a policy that I didn't agree with, When did I have to change my course when I didn't think it would work, When did I disagree with a manager?
