I was given four (iirc) Python challenges from HackerRank and over an hour to do them. It was plenty of time and I finished quite quickly. I'd say they were on the easier/ average end of the spectrum -- they took some thought but they weren't the sort of questions that'd stump you once you've got the basics down.
