Usual analytical questions such as tell me about a time when...and what did you do to help the customer or member. Behavioral questions too such as how do you keep your composure during a call with an irate customer or member and what do you do to diffuse the sitation or keep the caller calm.
They'll ask you typical questions about CSR's, and what is the toughest "very angry" customer situation you've had, and how did you handle it. They seemed to "emphasize" a lot on "angry" customers, and how you'd handle them. Again, NO BUENO!!!
