There was not questions you just listened to the company rules about being on time and that was the main point. If you are late or no show you are fired or sent home for the day.
I was asked how I found out about the company. What my aspirations are for a future with MV Transportation. Asked me how flexible my hours were and expected salary.
How do you handle disputes?
They asked very detailed questions about my resume. Asking me to defend/explain gaps, inconsistencies, my education etc.
How do I feel about working (mandatory overtime, weekends, holidays etc) ?
Why didn’t I apply for better/ higher paying jobs?
