Interview was based on Professional skills, job related skill, peronality and IQ. The panel including HR, Business head interviewd me which shows that they are serious in who they are hiring.

Most of the questions were about process and conflict resolution. The very first question was describing all the steps in the project management process. The other questions were very good overall and what you would expect from a power house management team like this and a senior position. If not for the poor first question and waiting 90 days to get through their hiring decision, I would have rated positive.
