Regarding the offer question above … i still have t heard so none of the alternatives was accurate Behavioral type questions to gauge how you would respond to a situation based on past experiences and the ability to effectively describe a situation, define the problem, the actions taken, and the results obtained in a succinct and synthesized way given the timeframe
They asked a lot of previous experience on how I handled certain interpersonal interactions.
