Mostly questions like tell me about a time when... and how did you improve xyz, etc. Easy stuff if you have some mileage on the tires. The technical questions for the other rounds are specific to the area you are interviewing for. For Logic CAD, expect to code some verilog, design a state machine, maybe a coding question or three, and of course digital logic questions. Just brush up on some python/perl, digital logic design, parsing log files and writing glue logic in scripts.
