This was not a classic interview, but rather a group (7-8 people) exercise meant to further sort the candidates by testing their ability to work in a team. This exercise was supervised by one HR employee and consisted of a case study for a fictional company that needed to take business decisions based on some limited market and technology information. The point was for the group members to reach a common decision and to give a short presentation on the benefits of the selected course of action.
