The hardest questions were those from the VP. Just trying to play devil's advocate and see how you think on your feet. If you do your research ahead of time and stay calm you will be fine.

Es wurde immer wieder gefragt, ob ich Fragen zum Unternehmen habe. Über meine bisherige Tätigkeit wurde nichts groß gefragt.
Since my resume demonstrated my experience, they skipped those questions and my interview was entirely situation based, i.e, how I would handle extreme incidents with students and faculty.
I was promoted at my current (at the time) position very quickly. I was asked if I was ready for that promotion. I thought it was a great question, but it threw me for a moment.
